Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iFixediT! services ("Services") operated by iFixediT! Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

iFixediT! provides a three-tier IT support platform: (a) Tier 1 AI-powered automated troubleshooting, (b) Tier 2 live remote agent support, and (c) Tier 3 on-site technician dispatch.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age.

4. User Roles

Users may register under one or more roles: Customer, Tier 2 Live Agent, or Tier 3 Field Technician. iFixediT! reserves the right to verify credentials and revoke access for non-compliance.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices may be updated with 30 days advance notice. On-demand dispatch services are billed per visit. All payments are processed through Stripe.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt unauthorized access, (c) interfere with the Services, (d) impersonate another person, (e) transmit malicious code.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by iFixediT! Inc. and protected by patent-pending claims, copyright, and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iFixediT! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
